New Program Announcement: W60 Series Quick Ship Program

Today, we’re very excited to share with you details on SPXFlow’s/Waukesha’s new quick ship program for W60 series valves, covering the most common configurations of the W61 shut-off, W62 divert, and W68 throttling valves. WCB’s new valve quick ship program helps you get the most common WCB  60 series valves in 5 days or less!

Models, Sizes, Bodies, & Actuation options for the Quick Ship Program

As mentioned previously, the quick ship program covers W61, W62, and W68 valves in sizes 1”- 4” and the most common body configurations- C, T, and TT. Most types of pneumatic actuation are available for Quick Ship Valves, including 4”, 5”, and 6” air to raise and lower actuators, as well as heavy duty actuators. WCB’s non-maintainable A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, and C2 are also available for expedited shipping.

Additional Quick Ship Options

Seat options include Teflow (TF), as well as Tef Flow PEEK (TFP). Connection options for Quick Ship valves are S-line or Tri-Clamp and buttweld. The two control top options offered are the 24VDC version of the CU4 top as well as a proximity switch holder.

Waukesha’s new quick ship program is designed to help customers in a pinch and not for huge installs. Please try not to exceed 10 units of a single SKU in a day with valves being available on a first come, first served basis.

As always, all SPXFlow W60 series valves are manufactured and assembled in the USA at Waukesha’s Delavan, WI facility. And all valves are tested prior to shipment. Waukesha’s central location means Triplex is easily and quickly able to support our customers.
